Pascal Eskes

My name is Pascal; I live in the beautiful Achterhoek region and have been involved with Traffic Today since the very beginning. As one of the first employees, I have literally seen the company grow from a small team with big ambitions into the strong and versatile organisation we are today. During this time, I have held various roles and learnt a great deal about the dynamics of digital marketing, as well as about building an organisation.

I am currently the Business Lead at our Enschede office. In this role, I focus primarily on operational matters within the team, such as HR issues and our existing business. I find it very rewarding to work with colleagues to strengthen existing client relationships and to continuously improve them. Because that’s where the real value lies for me: long-term partnerships in which we make a real impact.

As well as my role as Business Lead, I also work as a Senior Digital Marketer. I develop strategies and effective campaigns for various clients, always with a focus on results and job satisfaction. I enjoy the balance between strategic thinking and hands-on practical work.

What appeals to me most about this job? The team spirit. Building something together, keeping each other on our toes, learning from one another. Just like in sport, actually. Because outside working hours, I’m a real sports fanatic. Whether it’s padel, cycling, triathlon or simply watching sport: I love it all. I try to bring that passion and team spirit into my work every day.
