Is taking part more important than winning? That doesn’t really sit well with me. On the padel and tennis courts, I always go all out for the win. Together with friends, we train every week to keep getting a little better. At the weekend, we’re in the standing area at PEC Zwolle to cheer on our club in the Eredivisie.

I also like to bring this passionate approach to my work. After a long period as a marketing manager at an insurance company, I made a conscious decision to join Traffic Today .

Drawing on my experience on the client side, I can easily put myself in the shoes of an entrepreneur or marketing manager and understand their wishes and expectations. For one client, we lay a new foundation in marketing. For another, we go to great lengths in innovation and renewal. Both are brilliant!

After a hectic day at our stunning office in Zwolle, I cycle home, where our two children are waiting for me. Together, we kick a ball about in the garden or read a book on the sofa. It’s the perfect way to unwind, so that the next day I can get back to work for our clients with renewed energy!
