“We’re expanding to Zwolle and are still looking to expand our Ads team. Would you be a good fit for us?” With that invitation, I stepped into the Traffic Today Deventer offices on a drizzly Friday afternoon in October. The tone was set straight away, because whilst I was having my first interview, preparations were slowly but surely getting underway for that evening’s Oktoberfest company party.

About three weeks after that conversation, I took the plunge. It was with a heavy heart that I left my former employer, but I knew it was time for a new challenge. And I’m certainly getting that challenge! I’m being given opportunities for growth within my specialisms in SEA and Social Media Marketing, as well as the scope to develop my skills in new areas too.

I love working with clients to get the best possible results from their business. I like to look beyond my own area of specialisation to see the bigger picture and spot opportunities. Digital marketing can be a complex process, and there are so many factors that can make or break a business. Brainstorming together, growing and finding the silver linings is what makes marketing so fascinating.

At Traffic Today , we celebrate successes, no matter how big or small. We take the time to evaluate and learn from setbacks or mistakes, so that we can grow together. No matter how dreary the weather outside may be, at Traffic Today the sun always shines through!
