Business Lead (Cell Director)

Deventer, Enschede

36–40 hours

As Business Lead (Cell Director), you will lead your own cell: an independent unit of around 25–30 professionals. You will be responsible for both the well-being and development of your team and for your unit’s financial performance.

You’ll be given plenty of scope to shape the role in your own way. Together with your team, you’ll build lasting client relationships, a healthy business and a culture in which people work together with enjoyment and trust. You’ll make decisions, adjust course where necessary and take responsibility – always with an eye to the long term.

What will you be doing?

Entrepreneurship and results: you are responsible for your cell’s profit and loss account. You manage turnover and costs, make informed decisions and ensure quality and continuity within our shared frameworks.

Team building and leadership: you put together your own team and create a safe, professional working environment in which people feel valued and can grow. You encourage ownership, development and collaboration.

Commercial responsibility: you are the point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships. You actively work to further expand your client portfolio and ensure stability and growth.

Coach and cultural ambassador: you provide direction without micromanaging. You work on the basis of trust, clear agreements and open communication. You give space to different personalities and working styles.

Reporting and transparency: for us, freedom goes hand in hand with clarity. You share key figures (such as turnover, profit, staff occupancy and absenteeism) on a monthly basis and discuss these openly with your team and fellow leads.

For clients, you act as a senior strategic partner. You have a sound understanding of Digital & Performance Marketing (SEA, SEO, Content, Social, Data, CRO) and oversee how strategy, execution and results come together.
