About me

I have been working in online marketing on the agency side for over 13 years. During that time, I have held many different roles: from consultant to team lead and ultimately to my current position as Business Lead at Traffic Today. This career path has not only given me a broad knowledge of digital marketing and media, but has also shown me just how much energy I get from working with clients and colleagues.

At Traffic Today , I lead Team Geel. My focus is on supporting clients in their growth and guiding colleagues in their development.

Eckart Wintzen’s cell philosophy was a key reason for me to join Traffic Today . The principle that independence and trust are central aligns perfectly with my way of working. It creates space to take responsibility and fosters commitment and energy within the team.

Outside work, I can often be found at the swimming pool playing a game of water polo. I also follow the NBA closely – from watching highlights to streaming matches late into the night. And, of course, I love spending time with my family, where my two daughters provide plenty of excitement and fun.
