Justin has been working at Traffic Today as a Business Developer for 2.5 years. With his expertise in developing business opportunities and driving growth, he plays a key role within the team. Outside of work, Justin has a passion for strength sports, through which he challenges himself and strives for physical strength and personal development. With his drive and results-oriented approach, Justin brings an energetic and goal-oriented mindset to both his work and his passion for strength sports.
Enhancing physical strength
Justin first took up his hobby 15 years ago, when he joined the local gym. “This is where my fascination with strength sports began, and I discovered that I enjoy improving my physical strength.” Since then, strength sports have become an important part of his life, and he has constantly challenged himself to push his limits and improve his skills.
Seeking out discomfort to grow
“I love pushing my limits, and with strength sports you regularly come up against them.” The discomfort and challenges Justin faces mean he has to step outside his comfort zone, and he finds that particularly educational. “What’s more, it naturally serves as a brilliant outlet; it’s a great way to let off steam.” As this is sometimes necessary in his role, strength sports are a healthy way to release tension.
