Summary
With effect from 5 January 2026, Traffic Today will further expand its organisation with a fifth specialised cell, entirely focused on white-label link building. With this expansion, the agency is strengthening its performance marketing offering, making its unit philosophy even more concrete, and taking the next step towards further specialisation and scalable growth.
The new cell focuses entirely on white-label link building, a service that has grown significantly in recent years and in which Traffic Today still sees great potential. By pooling this expertise within an independent cell, there is greater scope for growth, more efficient procurement and a sharper focus on quality and continuity for partners.
What makes this unique is that, over the years, Traffic Today has built up the largest link-building network in Europe. This network has grown organically from long-term partnerships and accumulated expertise, ensuring that quality, relevance and reliability are central to its operations.
The establishment of the link-building cell fits seamlessly within Traffic Today ’s cell-based structure. Within this organisational model, autonomous teams – with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, collaboration and expertise – operate across the offices in Deventer, Enschede and Zwolle.
The establishment of the link-building cell not only marks a new step in the growth of Traffic Today, but also serves as powerful evidence of the effectiveness of the cell philosophy. With this expansion, Traffic Today now comprises five specialised cells.
The fifth cell will operate from Deventer and will be further established in the coming period. To ensure a solid and successful start, former CEO Steven Lubbers will temporarily lead the cell as Business Lead.
With this expansion, Traffic Today underlines its ambition to remain at the forefront of performance marketing. By continuing to invest in specialisation and structure, the agency is better equipped to respond to market developments and ensure long-term success for its clients.
“The establishment of this fifth cell fits perfectly within our long-term vision,” says Steven Bodde, CEO of Traffic Today. “White-label link building is a discipline in which we have grown significantly in recent years and which still holds a great deal of potential. I am therefore delighted that Steven Lubbers will be temporarily leading this unit during its start-up phase. His experience with Traffic Today and the unit’s philosophy will ensure continuity and provide a solid foundation for the successful establishment of this new unit.”
