Have a browse at Traffic Today

I’d never competed against a dog before, but there’s a first time for everything, isn’t there? So yesterday, it turned out I wasn’t the only intern there; I was sniffing around alongside Lola the dog.

Right, that’s a good story, but who am I? My name is Mathilde Weijdeman, I’m 25 years old and I live on the outskirts of Dalfsen. Last year, I did what I love most: travelling the world with a rucksack. This year, you’d have found me in the lecture theatres at the University of Twente and on the wrong side of the bar at Café ’t Hoekje. There’s got to be a difference.

A look inside Traffic Today

To complete my degree in Marketing Communication, I started work on my dissertation in September. Sitting at home for forty hours isn’t really my thing; I’d much rather combine this with visiting interesting companies. So yesterday I visited Traffic Today. They’re great at keeping things simple and are specialists in online marketing.

Content Marketer Eva started her day with me and brought me up to speed on the organisation and her work. There was no time to sit back and relax; within an hour I was a content creator, writing about search engine optimisation. After lunch, I was introduced to Dominique. As an Online Marketer/Project Manager, she convinced me just how enjoyable it is to work with both the client and her colleagues.

A massive magic ball

Marc then took me on a journey into the world of SEO, where it became clear where my recently written blog on search engine optimisation for link building would actually end up. To get a clear picture of all the services Traffic Today has to offer, I rounded off the day with SEA specialist Wilco. My mouth was gagged with a massive magic ball. Had I perhaps asked for too much?
